Dry-storage at PIER 38 includes in
and out service. Our dry-storage customers enjoy secure, indoor vehicle parking, nearby public transportation, and a short walk to
AT&T Park.
Vessels weighing up to 12,000 lbs. qualify for dry-storage.
$15.00 per foot per month
$300.00 minimum

PIER 38 has guest berthing available for boats of all sizes. Large
yachts (350 feet and larger) have enjoyed our deep-water harbor. We are a
developing facility with limited amenities, but a full-service attitude!
Overnight berthing fee is $2.00/ft, temporary berthing (less than 4 hours) is $1.00/ft
or $10/hr (whichever is greater.)

1/2 block North of the intersection of Townsend and The Embarcadero.
The AT&T Park Baseball Stadium is 1 block to the South.
